Well today my Prime 4 was collected and taken back for the 3rd time in 7 months and still no closer to working out why deck 2 & 4 just freeze mid track or not start at all. Let’s see what the repair note comes back wit this time.
I had some of the same issues a while back, i was using some basic Lexar USB key, switched to a sandisk extreme pro, never had those problems again.
I have a Sandisk 1TB SSD in it. Have never used a USB on it. They have said they are not aware of any other issue like it. But when you read on here plenty have had the problem. The last report back was “Removed excess contacts”, what ever that means.
