X1850 can't hear mic through headphones

Hi, I can’t hear the mics through the headphones - I’ve adjusted the cue mix to master. Any help much appreciated.

In Utility you can select if the microphone is heard.

Hold the Quantize/Utility button for a few seconds. It’s top left above the screen.
