Just got the X1800 and loving the mixer however I noticed that the top LED screen is a lot dimmer than the bottom one, has anyone else had this? I would have thought they should both have the same brightness. The screen brightness control in the utility menu really only seems to effect the bottom screen to any effect.
As of January of next month, I’ve owned my X1800 1 year. I have not encountered any dimness or loss of brightness from age in either screen. Other than tell you that this hasn’t happened to me, I would be patient and wait until someone else offers a suggestion to your problem. Don’t give up.
