Same for me, as soon as I unmounted the second drive it worked
I have the same issue on prime 4 with tidal also it locks up deck as trying to download track but cant as no source drive available
Exactly the same for me and it’s been the case since buying them in March 2022. I have a set of SC6000M and a Prime Go2 and all players display the same message regarding not saving the Cue points, beatgrids and Hot cues won’t be saved. All are running the latest software and are fitted with SDD drives inside the players (the sc6000s only have one SDD not one in each - as I have seen others stare having two caused an issue). I never use USB or SD cards So not that. I also use SoundCloud, Tidal and Beatport on all players. The SDD must be correctly formatted as I have about 100 songs on that too which all players can access fine.
It’s so annoying loosing all that info, the only way I’ve found to get round is to not turn the players off……which is a terrible waste of money.
