This is why this forum is a waste of time

I posted a problem with an update a year or so ago and nothing done about it. Then just by change people are have the same problems and one of the Denon crew jumps in with this https://community.enginedj.com/t/itunes-artwork-not-uploading/35041/3?u=jayos. As you can see the day has well gone and no contact from Denon. Why do Denon bother to reply to this forum when they do nothing. Time to remove this saved tab and just use the crap engine prime until an update shows up in the program. So sick and fed up with the bull Denon DJ hands out to the people that buy and support their company.
