so there’s alot of talk of the prime gear soon being compatible with Serato, Rekordbox and Traktor. my question is this. will stagelinq work or be usable with these softwares ?
No Stagelinq is not supported by these DJ softwares. Recordbox uses Pioneer’s own DJ Pro link. Traktor en Serator both support Ableton Link, which is more or less the industry standard.
The strange thing is: In Music’s own Akai Force supports Ableton Link only. Therefore you need to use Serato to link it to your Prime setup.
