With track stopped, and this is weird behavior, vinyl mode, top moves play head audibly, side moves play head at same rate, but no audio. Is this a defect or expected? Never seen or heard of any player doing that. Happens both decks.
As far as I know that is expected behavior, not a bug, and is the same on other standalone DJ hardware.
Why are you trolling? That’s one hundred percent not true, Pioneer gear doesn’t do this, older Denon equipment doesn’t do this. So, you are saying that the Prime Series does this. Great, say that.

I think the difference you mean is that the playhead does NOT move on other gear using the outer ring in pause/stop vinyl mode. Correct?
On the Prime series the playhead does move, yes. In both modes btw.
Like why? There is no trolling here. Playhead does move in all modes. Just get used to it, and actually - this is good.
