Where did you get the decks stand from? looks nice!

Unfortunately, Perfect Circuit stopped carrying it. That’s where I got mine. But, you can still buy it direct from them. I have actually corresponded w’ the guys that make it. They are super cool. Perhaps if you hit them up on Facebook ( https://www.facebook.com/TEILE.Elektronik ) they can inform you of a retail store that carries it. Otherwise, you can always buy one direct through them… ( https://teile-elektronik.com/shop/?v=7516fd43adaa )

Good luck.

BTW…I am SUPER jelly of that rotary! I am torn between building a desk that can house my SC decks, Xone, & Techs, or simply building two desks: one for the SCs, A&H, and pedals…then another desk for the Techs, some pedals, and a rotary. You just can’t dismiss the lush analog sound of a Condessa, Bozak, MasterSounds, E&S, Can Electric, etc…

You can get it from here: Zomo.de

All these lucky people on here with SC’s !.

Unfortunately i still have a MC7000. Still a great bit of kit and i really love it, but i would like to get some SC’s. Probably SC5000 as i prefer the larger coloured pads, more familiar with me currently using Serato.

MC70000. DenonDJ 1100 headphones. Denon PMA100a Amp. Eltac speakers. Dell precision i7 laptop, 16GB SSD for Serato Pro.

Here’s my preliminary mobile streaming and video making setup.

The Akai Amx was the best $99cad that I have ever spent on dj gear .

I’m running dj player pro on my iPad Air with the amx connected. I have my mc-101 plugged into input 1 and my Rhodes wireless mic into input 2. These are assigned to deck c&d respectively and deck a&b I do my mixing. I also have my irig pro hooked up just to send midi in/out and clock to and from the Mx-101 and the dj app. Then the output of the amx is connected to my GoPro 8 line in (using the mod) and that’s it. Heh heh heh :smirk:

That’s a lot of wires - and the pattern on the floor makes it worse!

I know. I was just trying to see if everything can work together like a kid playing with his new toys for the first time.

It will be the iPad, 2 sets of wireless mics, the AMX and headphones for the field work.

When I bought the amx it was just for testing out serato with my prime unit, use for traktor dvs and to use it with my iPhone dj software. Now it’s a centrepiece of my video recording setup.

I’m packing up getting ready to move to a new place so everything will be in boxes by tomorrow and all I’ll be left with for a while will be what you see in the pic.

Thanks for the info man.

I felt like my 6000s deserved a proper home booth, so I built one today:

Furniture is the Ikea “Platsa” system.

Some pictures of the assembly and further information to be found here!

That’s beautiful.

You must have super long arms to reach you turntables.

Enjoy

Btw, what’s that pioneer logo doing in the pic. Sinner🤪

Who was the user posting the setup in his garden - can’t seem to find the pics? Legit trying to pick up garden design tips for my new home here and that garden looked stunning!

Damn, son!!! Now that’s a proper desk!! Looks great!

Naw, we’re not fanbois here…those Traktor D2s, Technics M5Gs, Denon SC6000s, Rane MP2015, AND…Pioneer RMX-1000 all serve a purpose!! The more brands/products, the better. F#CK Brand homogenization!!

*But you know what would make all that play nice together?

“Ableton Link”…wink, wink, Denon, haha!!!

I’m not a turntablist, rather doing long blends. With sync activated, I have plenty of time to walk over to the turntables :joy:

That’s how I feel. Even though Pioneer is trying to tick all boxes, I enjoy a diverse set up with gear from any manufacturer that suits my needs.

That would be an absolute killer feature. I’d love to sync Traktor to the 6000s and incorporate my old Maschine MK2 into that setup.

Ahhh, I miss ‘beat-link-trigger’ (Ableton Link) soooooo much since transitioning to the SC6000s!!

Nice! If it’s possible for 3rd party apps to “listen” to the pro dj link stream, the same could probably be done with the engine protocol.

Oh, it can be. Denon would just have to reveal their network protocol. I imagine James Elliott (deep symmetry) could pull off adding beat-link-trigger functionality for the whole Prime lineup. That wouldn’t cost Denon a penny. It’s just information. I would prefer Denon do it themselves, as it would probably be more polished, but I’ll take anything at this point. Denon have to realize that adding Ableton Link would only benefit them…InMusic has a lot of companies that make a ton of gear that the Prime decks could sync to. More money!!

Haha, I’ll plug this ‘ish anywhere I can until’ I get a response from Denon.

*but I suppose we should get back on topic…looking forward to seeing more setups!!
