I’ve just update today my sc6000’s firmware and one of the players have a firmware issue,so, it shows a firmware message, I’ve downgrade to 1.5.2 so I can fix the problem mas it still there, update again to 1.6, and still the same issue, the display in jog wheel doesn’t show the artwork, what should i do ? Thanks
I think you entered the message in the wrong section: you should have put it in the media player (@Reese maybe he can fix it).
But I am happy to know that this error does not only happen to the Prime 4 but also to the more expensive SC6000.
Ok thank’s yeah I wasn’t sure if I put it in right section but just moved it now to the rigth one
