My SC5000 just froze and stalled during a shutdown. So I press and held the power button then it was able to shutdown. I restarted it and try it again to see the same thing would happen but it was fine.
So don’t panic if it freezes on you. Just press and hold the power button until it shuts down.
I had this issue and saw a few others had it. It’s definitely an existent issue but Denon won’t acknowledge it.
Can you provide a link, @djbertie to your bug report post form in the big section of the forum so that everyone experiencing it can add their +1 to it?
