hello, i have problem with my external sound…the controller,load the mp3, and i see that play only the one deck led and not both. the cue button is not on. normally, must play and both deck leds. right? too, my sound is very low. At the programme, is see to play normal the controller…is there possibility to has problem the sound card?
It’s technology, so yes, there is always the possibility of a hardware problem. In all honesty though, if something worked correctly before and you didn’t change anything, then a technological problem would make sense. If it hasn’t worked properly since you got it, then looking at things like settings in DJ software, drivers, mappings and such is the first place to look.
