But you said you did have trouble with that too; that’s why I think it would be good to try again and rest the case once you do without any trouble.

I will see if I can record a video for you doing updates so you can compare to your experience and workflow but I can’t promise I will get to it tonight. I will try.

Did a factory Reset and it fixed all of my problems with the firmware this time.

+44(0)1252 896040 (Europe Divison, although with Brexit on the Horizon, it maybe wise to move the European section somewhere else). Tried Facebook in last attempt as well.
