I am running 2.1.0 and the problem started when i was to 1.6.2 Jog wheels started go crazy - Engine DJ Hardware / Standalone Controllers - Official Denon DJ Forum

maybe a restart of the Prime4 will help you

Press and hold the power button until the Prime 4 reboots

Then I would upload update 2.11 again via USB cable

I am always sceptical about upgrading and remained on 1.5.2 for the longest time. Never faced any issue (as reported by the OP)

Recently, I upgraded because the thought of having SoundCloud and wifi was rather good.

Post that, there are several scenarios/ instances when deck 1 wouldn’t play

A. As soon as I switch on the controller load something on Deck 1, hitting the play button won’t turn it on (haven’t tried the turning off the vinyl mode) - restarting fixes this.

B. As soon as I switch on the controller load something on Deck 1, hitting the play button will play the song, bit usually stops within a few songs - restarting fixes this.

Request the Firmware team to kindly look into this.
