Platter not working on MC6000Mk2

Greetings Denon DJ Forum. I am new here and I have to say that I am really impressed with the Denon MC controller series. I have a 6000 that I keep in a flight case for my mobile events and a 4000 in a pelican case I use for on the go travel.

I have a question about my MC6000Mk2. Last week during an event both the platters just stop working in vinyl mode. I restarted Serato DJ and I’m still having platter issues. Turned of the vinyl mode on and off, that didn’t work. Any suggestions? Please help me.

Hi there,

I have the same issue with my MC6000mk2. I just added a topic describing the problem that is pending approval.

I have to tilt my controller or, the latest, apply some downward pressure (nothing to damage it) to the controller.

Let me know if you’re able to scratch after tilting the controller or applying downward pressure on one of the sides. I’m curious to see if it’s only my controller that is the issue.
