How can I take up the Soundswitch offer which is included with my Prime 4 purchase? The section reads on the product registration page “With your exclusive promotional code get a bonus 3 months when purchasing a 3 months package with free Micro DMX Interface” The code isn’t recognised as valid on the Soundswitch site and they don’t have any Micro DMX dongles left.
