The display freeze every time, No issue, no firmware to fix, no help from Denon

What kind of computer are you using? or is the display freezing in engine mode as well?
If you are using a new Macbook pro with touchbar by any chance, you may be experiencing this known issue:
Don’t ask me how I know!
Also, you may want to search the forum and apply all the work around provided for freezing issues.
