I would start with Denon DJ support and do a parts inquiry (click link below):

Another option (if it’s a cosmetic issue) is to cover it with a custom vinyl wrap or ‘skin’. Companies like 12inchskinz makes custom vinyl wraps for the X1800. Do a internet search and you’ll find several companies to choose from.
