Mixer X1800 factory reset don´t work, any solution?

Putting new update (re-update) should fix the problem (or at least overwrite all settings to defaults).

I’ve tried pressing back + FX Cue + TAP, and it’s flashing all the lights on the mixer, and it goes on and on, and it doesn’t stop. Restarting the mixer and continues to flash.

Did you ever get your problem fixed? if so how?
