Hi there! I haven’t been able to update my decks since I bought them. When I updated via USB AND MAC The update freezes when it begins the mixer firmware update. The unit shuts off and the mixer will not function. It will then attempt to update but crash again. Is this an RMA scenario?
You should contact Denon Support directly by email i believe. Crossing fingers that it will not end up to RMA!
