Hello all- I’m encountering missing tracks upon trying to organize my library like this…
External hard drive contains: Folder 1 and Folder 2
EP contains: the exact mirrored folders: Folder 1 and Folder 2
I moved every song from Folder 2 into Folder 1 on my harddrive AND on EP, but EP still says all those tracks are missing.
Now I know some people will say ‘just organize all the music within EP’, however, this is not possible due to how many times EP has corrupted my harddrives. I need my external drive to always act as my main drive and maintain every song in every folder; this also allows me to have the same exact library in other dj programs.
Without EP being able to sync what’s exactly on your harddrive and mirror it into EP, there remains no consistent library organization method. This is another reason I have prolonged doing a large library update, and that is because of issues like this.
