Hello all, i have an mc2000 controller that cant be recognised by my lap top, not even in the denon driver control panel i downloaded. There is power to the device but nothing else. Would anyone know how to make my laptop recognise the controller device, ive tried everything within my capabilities, please help, tia
There is no magic trick here.
Change the USB cable, try a different computer, check that the usb port on the mc2000 is not damaged.
An that i will do, ill come back here when ive done these things. Ive tried it in 2 other computers so im probably looking at a hardware fault, many thanks for the help slayer
