mc 6000 traktor problem

Hi

i have a problem with mc 6000 mixer,it wont work properly with traktor,been in the box for 3 years,was working fine before it went in,is there an update ? im getting sound on headphones but not through speakers and knobs and faders aint working but crossfader is? any ideas?

Traktor and windows have probably had updates.

cheers,im useing a mac 10.12.6 os sierra and i have updated tractor and problem is still there
