Manual Loop Edits for In and Out. Does it exist? If not, why?

Does manual loop edits for In and Outs points exist for SC5000? Where you could, for example, hold shift + In or Out, then use the outer edge of the platter to manually adjust loop In or Out points. ? If it doesn’t exist, could you please add this feature. TIA @JWiLL
