i will install new Win System on my PC so is it possibel to backup Engine prime Librare?

Yes it is possible. Just copy the content of Engine Prime library folder to another HDD partition. After Engine Prime reinstallation, create a new empty database, then replace Engine Prime library folder content with the saved previously on another partition.

i will backup the installed Windows Engine Prime library, cart, collection and so on is it all in this Folder?

C:\Users\User\Music\Engine Library
