Hi Forum Members:

I am a mobile wedding DJ and just purchased a Envoi for portable battery powered use. I am having issues with the mic reception even at 25’. I will be talking and it will intermittently just cut out and then back on. I have different frequencies and have used the ear worn, ;lapel and handheld all with the same results. I have the 2nd module and it does it as well.

Hello Bill, The Envoi is from Denon Professional, not Denon DJ. I know this is a bit confusing as the PA may be used in a “DJ” capacity, but the folks here don’t have any expertise on that product. The best way for you to get support on the Envoi is to go to http://denonpro.com/support. Hope that helps and sorry for the confusion. Cheers, Vince
