Hotcues and grids missing

Hope somebody can help me…

I have a Prime 4, I transfer a playlist and the tracks are in the corect order, but hot cues and the grids are missing. Even if I click on Resync button of Prime Engine nothing happens.

Are they playlists built in Engine Prime or Serato/Traktor/Rekordbox
