What is the best way to record sets using the MC7000 with Serato? All of my recorded mixes are noticeably quieter than when I was making them.

If you are recording directly in Serato, you do have a Recording Level Adjust (rotary dial to the left of the meters). Also, post recording, you can adjust the overall volumes with open sourced software like Audacity.
