Mein Prime4 sagt, dass ein Firmware-Update 1.5 für das Prime4 bereitsteht. Wo finde ich das. Nicht das Engine-Update. Danke

Danke vielmals - hatte vor 30 Minuten diese Seite auf und kein Update gesehen. Aber wo finde ich die Utility-Page?

Halte die VIEW taste länger gedrückt, dann kommst du in ein 4er Menü - dort wählst du Utilities aus … und ganz unten ist der Update Modus. Nach dem er im Updatemodus ist (erkennt man an einem kleinen Chip Symbol) kannst du das update am PC starten. Alles ander geschieht automatisch.

yeah … for sure. That´s also a thing that we have to find out. Why the hell some of the gear freezes, and why some not. In normal it should work with every Prime Device without hickups.

You’re right: this is a mystery. But it should be the guys from DenonDJ staff who are investigating this mystery, we can’t do much. Maybe it can depend on the hardware version of the internal cards. Surely they (DenonDJ Staff) could contact customers who have such problems to understand what these freezing consoles have in common.
