Hi ive just brought the Prime 4 and in preparation have tired downloading the Prime Engine (coming over from Rekordbox) and every time i download it and try to start it, it comes up saying; System Error- This program cant start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.
Ive tried uninstalling and re-installing but the same message appears. Any help would be greatly appreciated

From what I can find out you need to install this runtime from microsoft:

The problem comes from windows and its “universal C runtime” in short. I think you have to update that runtime dll … here is an link from microsoft, which should fix your problem.
