The screens are completely frozen at the denon mcx8000 blue screen and cannot work on stand alone mode. If I work controller with labtop, all the buttons work fine on the labtop screen. I noticed the blue lights on buttons are kind of faded though. Can anyone out there assist me on this? I tried reinstalling firmware but couldn’t even do that. 
Thanks kradcliffe I appreciate it. I have filled out a form to contact denon about issue to see what can be done.
