Hello! Haing an issue with my denon mc 6000 mk2. When I turn it in all the lights turn on as usual and then they blink in red about 6 times. The computer or dj software does not recognize the controller at all. I tried putting the controller on updare mode with back/forqard shift buttons to do a firmware update but the controller only lights up 1 on button and the update file does not link to the controller to be able to do the update. anyone please advise.
