Denon DJ Prime 2 repair

I have put my Denon DJ Prime 2 in for repairs at the beginning of August but the music store TechnoSound are telling me they can not get the part needed. I was told I need a new optical sensor as back spins do not work properly.

Does anyone know where or if these parts can be bought?

Thanks. I spoke with ImMusic support the other day and they were very helpful. I have passed on your number to TechnoSound so they can find the part needed and get it shipped.
