Not sure what this demo content is that their talking about. In playlist view there’s a folder that when opened is Engine Library/Database2/Music that has a list of artists and music tracks. Is this what their talking about? If so turning demo content on or off in settings makes no difference. The clock that’s now on the top right of the screen while a very welcome feature but is barely readable unless you have 10/10 vision. The size of the clock need to be made bigger to be usable.
To see demo content, don’t select any source.
As for time. It’s all preference. I would welcome 24h view, but that’s already requested.

Thanks Reese for explaining that. The new features are great but much more attention needs to be concentrated on the display appearance. There’s no theme in the display layout. There’s so many font sizes icon sizes etc. There’s no consistency. Kind of like on a computer if all the different areas looked different. Hopefully this will be fixed sooner rather than later.
