DELL G3 issues with Denon products

Hey - Having issues with my new Dell G3 with Denon products. Running latest version of Virtual and have downloaded all the new drivers for both controllers from Denon. Running Windos 10. Both the 6000 and 7000 lose signal every once and awhile, causing 1-2 secs of dead air. My old Dell doesnt have this issue when plugged in. I’ve set VDJ to high priority, changed the power settings to prevent sleeping or timeouts, but don’t know what else to do. Any ideas??? Thanks.

PS - another dJ in Ottawa had similar issues with his new Dell G5. So wonder if it simply a setting issue.

Check the latency. Some Dell laptops are terrible due to bad drivers.
