I have the same problem with firmware 1.6. In addition, deck 2 stops in an uncontrolled manner. I am back to version 1.5.2 there the problems do not occur.
Hi guys, hey mine came with v1.5.4⌠jwill replied to an older post that v1.5.4 firmware update was for an internal component change on a part they sourced from another vendor⌠Just saying⌠This probably has nothing to do with you guys⌠If your Prime 4 came with v1.5.4⌠I wouldnât suggest installing anything lower than that⌠I hope someone will find this information useful.

Damned, i thought i wasnât able to do mixing anymore. I disabled vinyl mode on both decks an everything is fine. whats that for a problem? does Denon knows it? i have 1.6 installed.
I think they are well aware of it. I had to return mine.
Got my new one yesterday and have just tested it.
The one i got this time had 1.5.4 installed from the beginning and not 1.5.1. The new unit seems to have no problems with vinyl mode on. Have tested it with 1.5.4 and 1.6.0 and it works great
