Hi I am having trouble updating firmware, I have DN-x600, I’ve downloaded all files needed but when I try and drag the X600FW Bin File into the ddj updater it just won’t let me, any help would be appreciated. Regards Shane
You will probably need to explain a bit more the problem, maybe post a photo?
I think you are trying this from within a zip-file. Extract all content from the zip-file first and try again.
Sorry i forgot to mention, it won’t let me open the file in the first instance,it keeps saying cannot open file it may be corrupted or file not supported? so I tried dragging the whole file over to the uploader, my computer knowledge isn’t the best but just wonderd if anyone else has had this issue? You cannot nor need to open a BIN file.
Ok so why won’t it let me drag the file into the uploader like the setup asks?
Because you are trying to drag the bin file from within the zip file.
As Reese said, first drag the bin file on the desktop or into some other folder and THEN drag it into the uploader.
