Hi, I’m going to talk about the problem that I just found. I remember when I started one of the performances and started installing devices, and I saw that the analog input did not work and I got a lot of stress. I had to go through the second test. I used digital input. I want to know if I can fix this problem. I even reset it from the device’s settings, but my input input does not work yet.
Probably an internal grounding issue. Contact support or your reseller.
Did you change the selector input switch control at the tops of the channels ?
