Won't switch on beyond cycling lights

Hi, I know this has been experienced and asked before but I am having the problem where the start up process for the x1850 never ends and the lights just keep cycling.

I have factory reset and re applied version 1.3 (which I’ve been using fine for weeks)… for about the 10th time.

I’ve tried a different power outlet in my house. Made no difference.

Whats the cause of the problem and how do I solve it please? Is my mixer faulty?

I hope so. Annoying as 1.3 has been working fine for weeks. Does anyone know how to downgrade to 1.2 (even temporarily) just in case that solves my problem. ?
