Hi having upgraded to 1.6 I can no longer turn off my prime 4 (unless unplugging the power chord). The processor whirs away and now all the lights and controls on and around the right hand deck no longer work. I cannot reboot into computer mode (to reinstall the 1.6 update) and the screen just stalls. Please help.

Press and hold eject and then press power on, this will put the player in firmware update mode.
Still no joy unfortunately. My Mac, using the blue cable cannot see the hardware even in computer mode. Please help
