Why hot cues pads disappeared

SC5000 & SC5000M Engine OS 1.6.1 Since yesterday when I use Dropbox in Streaming or USB flash drive, the hot cues that are marked on the tracks are not available on the SC5000 or Sc5000m Pads. Both cases are exported by SYNC MANAGER from EP. Anyone else with this problem?

Have you checked if in PREFERENCES / UTILITY, the pad is not deactivated ???
