Warranty service without response in 2 months

Impressive, after almost 2 months without a response, today I have finally been able to contact the SAT, they tell me that they are waiting for Denon’s ok to make the repair. So the machine is stopped until they give them permission to look at it or I give them the ok paying, it was bought in November 2019 and I do not understand what to wait for ok to look at it while under warranty. It seems to me a lousy service from Denon and no solution.
