did anyone get any resolution to the vinyl capasitive touch issues after the update, just bough this controller following all the set up updates etc. now vinyl mode cause platter to freeze .
I’m trying to figure this out myself and it’s like pulling teeth to get a answer around here…
speak to denon uk and get them to send you a midi controller checker called BOME and then you can see if its faulty platter like mine was.
Do you mean youve done Firmware 1.2 and now the touch platters dont work ?. Have you entered config mode to set the platters ?
Instructions are in a PDF which is inside the Firmware update download.
I’ve updated to the 1.2 and it’s still doing it.
Just to be clear, are you saying you updated the firmware and your platters stopped working in vinyl mode?
Have you tried a device reset ?.
Reset Settings: This function resets the MC7000 hardware back to the default factory settings. To Reset: Press and hold the SHIFT and BACK buttons on either deck at the same time. This will restore all hardware settings back to the default factory settings, and power cycle the device into normal operation.
