Hi all! I am new to this forum and just have purchased my Prime 4 a few weeks ago. It was delivered with firmware 1.3.1 which I updated 1.3.4 immedately. Since that I was using Prime Engine Software on my Mac and of course the player. Both with the latest software/firmware versions. After updating the player and the engine software to 1.5.1 it seems that changes I have made on my prime engine software (Mac OS Catalina) will not get synced to the player such as loops, ratings, comments. Before the update I created loops and added comments and ratings and they got synced properly, but not anymore after the update.
Anyone having this problem?
