Does anyone has actual experience using Serato with an external HD connected to the USB HUB rear side on the MCX 8000.

Yes, I use it weekly at my gigs. Iā€™m connecting a 1TB SSD USB 3.0 drive to the MCX 8000 and it read fine on my MacBook Pro.
