So I’ve been the owner of an MCX8000 for about 18 months. And just recently, recent as in maybe 2-3 months now, my #1 USB port for standalone mode is not reading any thumb drives I connect. One drive just doesn’t power on and one just blinks but the red LED on the controller does not light up indicating a connection.
I’m curious to know if there’s a hard reboot method on this controller as I’m trying to update to firmware 2.0. and being that there’s no info available to update through USB #2, or just straight from the computer, I’ll need some assistance. Thanks!
