Hi Everyone, I have 2 SC5000 sand I have been spending the past day trying to update both of the devices. However I am running into an issue, when i try to update it, it updates, reboots, and gets stuck on the loading page. The only way for me to get the device to start is to reset the software/firmware back to 1.4.1
