Tracks failed to load file maybe corrupt or format is unsupported

Hi I have loaded tracks from iTunes collection onto engine prime then via patriot USB stick to P4. Some have analysed and play perfectly but some don’t and fail to load. Any advice would be greatly appreciated? How do I check format files Fat32?

Perhaps you should ask in the appropriate section dedicated to media players. :slightly_smiling_face:

All prime series runs on the same OS, just wont to see if it happen with other user
