In Europe we have the Eu and its denon saying every country has its own warranty. If you buy a mac in Europe the warranty is for whole Europe not only the country you bought it.

Thatās the āoldā Denon spirit, for sure. Hopefully, the guys that are in charge now will handle things a little more appropriately.

KevinBasher, it doesnāt matter old or new, that is the rules/guidelines that Denon has in place and what the service centers and dealers agree to. When people try to justify their argument by saying āsuch and such company will honor their warranty no mater where the item was boughtā is a mute point. There are other āDJā related companies out there that do the same thing as Denon. Itās unfortunate that some people feel itās unfair, but those are the guidelinesā¦
Anyway, the original poster was given valid choices/answers already by the Denon rep he contactedā¦ closing thread.
