Yes, I’m passionate about DJing (& music production). I’m naturally persistent as well. I have found that the single MOST IMPORTANT quality a DJ needs to keep busy through the years is DIVERSITY!!
When I ask many new DJs, “What type of music do you play?”- many times I get an answer like…"I’m a electronic DJ, “I play dub step” or “I’m a House DJ”, or “I only play Hip Hop, or Reggae or Latin music”.
I respond by saying, “I PLAY IT ALL!” DJing multiple genres of music helps broaden your musical horizons AND expands your client base. It’s a WIN WIN situation!!
