Synchronize the 2 layers of the same SC5000M unit

Hi,

Is it possible to use the Sync button and therefore synchronize the 2 layers of the same SC5000M unit?

This weekend, I was with some friends and I took only one unit, I tried to put music using the 2 layers and synchronize the songs I wanted to play and it was not possible. It was as if the Sync button was not responding. Or maybe I didn’t know how to do it.

Is this possible with a single unit?

Press sync on both layers - they will sync.
